Are you a visionary leader who’s passionate about strengthening communities and improving lives? Stockport Homes Group is seeking an exceptional Assistant Director – Housing Plus to shape high impact services that help people thrive, live independently and reach their full potential.

In this influential role, you will lead a diverse portfolio including Social Inclusion, Housing Support, Employment and Skills, Older Persons Services, Housing Options, Carecall, Temporary Accommodation and a range of innovative, externally funded programmes. You’ll lead and inspire over 180 colleagues, drive service excellence and champion a strong, collaborative culture across our Group.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Leads strategic change with confidence, creativity and a focus on real outcomes.

* Has a proven track record in delivering high performing, customer focused Housing Plus services.

* Brings strong commercial judgement and the ability to secure funding and drive value.

* Communicates with credibility, integrity and a values driven approach.
