NC Associates are working with a market leading property organisation based in South Manchester who are looking to recruit an experienced Billing - Utilities Services Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and technical support to the Utilities Services Coordinators within the bureau function. Reporting to the Billing - Utilities Services Manager, this role ensures billing, recharges, and data processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned to the organisations operational and carbon reporting requirements

• Supervise and support Utilities Services Coordinators, ensuring workloads and priorities are managed effectively.
• Review billing, recharges, and reconciliation outputs prior to submission to Finance.
• Coordinate daily issue resolution with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain accuracy of data within the Utilities Management System (UMS).
• Support onboarding of new assets and metering setup.
• Develop process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure capability growth.
• Act as deputy for the Utilities Services Manager when required.

• 3–5 years in utilities operations, billing, or energy data management.
• Experience of working within the Utilities, Energy, Facilities Management Sector (Essential)
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
• Understanding of supplier billing and recharge mechanisms.
• Competent with data and utilities systems (UMS, Excel, or similar)
