We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Multi-Skilled Site Maintenance Operator to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of a busy, multi-tenanted commercial building.

- Carrying out statutory compliance checks, including weekly and monthly inspections
- Completing minor reactive maintenance tasks such as basic repairs, adjustments, and fabric works
- Proactively identifying defects, safety concerns, or compliance issues and escalating where necessary
- Building positive working relationships with tenants, managing agents, and visiting contractors
- Accurately completing maintenance records, logs, and inspection reports
- Helping ensure the building remains safe, compliant, and well-presented at all times
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role, ideally within a commercial or multi-tenanted environment
- Good working knowledge of general building services and maintenance disciplines, including:
- Basic plumbing
- Joinery and fabric repairs
- General electrical awareness
- Experience carrying out statutory or routine compliance checks
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
- Professional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience working within facilities management or property management environments
- Familiarity with CAFM systems or digital maintenance reporting tools
