We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Multi-Skilled Site Maintenance Operator to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of a busy, multi-tenanted commercial building.

• Carrying out statutory compliance checks, including weekly and monthly inspections
• Completing minor reactive maintenance tasks such as basic repairs, adjustments, and fabric works
• Proactively identifying defects, safety concerns, or compliance issues and escalating where necessary
• Building positive working relationships with tenants, managing agents, and visiting contractors
• Accurately completing maintenance records, logs, and inspection reports
• Helping ensure the building remains safe, compliant, and well-presented at all times

• Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role, ideally within a commercial or multi-tenanted environment
• Good working knowledge of general building services and maintenance disciplines, including:
• Basic plumbing
• Joinery and fabric repairs
• General electrical awareness
• Experience carrying out statutory or routine compliance checks
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
• Professional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

• Experience working within facilities management or property management environments
• Familiarity with CAFM systems or digital maintenance reporting tools
