Key responsibilities as Materials Manager will be to:
- Lead plant materials operations including inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse management, and NPI supply chain activities
Provide leadership to demand and supply planning.
Drive adherence to global supply chain processes (SIOP, PIPO, NPI) and operational excellence standards
Ensure on-time delivery performance and achievement of key Supply Chain and Warehouse KPIs
Act as Supply Chain representative in plant meetings, driving MOS actions and continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Finance and Planning teams
Ensure compliance with company standards.
Lead, develop and retain a high-performing plant materials team
The successful candidate
Experienced in materials, supply chain or warehouse management, gained in manufacturing.
Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, WMS) and advanced MS Office On offer:
- A salary to £60,000
Pension scheme offering a combined contribution of 9%
26 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
Early finish on Fridays
