We are seeking a motivated professional to manage their own caseload within a supportive, experienced property team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues while continuing to develop your expertise across a broad range of commercial property matters.Key

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, and development projects.
Provide clear, practical advice to clients on leases, landlord and tenant matters, and property-related agreements.
Liaise with clients, agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transaction progression.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent communication and service.
Participate in business development initiatives.

About You

1-5 years' PQE in commercial property law.
Strong understanding of land law principles and commercial property transactions.
Confident managing your own workload while collaborating effectively with the team.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional client service.
