Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per year (plus benefits)

Are you an experienced Personal Lines Account Handler looking for a role where your expertise is valued and you can make a tangible impact?

This is a fully office-based position offering a professional, supportive environment and the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of personal lines clients, high-net worth, and some Commercial Property Clients. The role provides a stable, collaborative setting and the opportunity to develop your skills within a growing, ambitious brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Client Portfolios: Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business quotes.
• Customer Service: Provide professional support, responding to queries and delivering clear, accurate advice.
• Policy Administration: Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet company and regulatory standards.

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

• Must drive and have access to a vehicle to be considered for this position.
• Technical knowledge across personal lines products, predominantly Home, but also including Motor, High Net Worth - Commercial experience not essential.
• Strong account management, renewals, and client service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to analyse client needs and provide professional guidance.
