IT Compliance Lead - €110k DOE – Hessen (Hybrid) - 5997

• You will build and manage IT governance, risk, and compliance across the organisation
• You will define IT compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory and internal requirements
• You will lead DORA efforts and related frameworks (MaRisk, NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT)
• You will own group IT and information security policies and ensure security controls are embedded in IT projects and the SDLC
• You will act as Deputy ISO and support security governance and audits
• You will oversee outsourcing and third‑party risk management, including board‑level reporting
• You will establish business continuity and disaster recovery frameworks

• You have C2/Native German C1+ English language skills
• You have hands‑on experience with DORA implementation and solid knowledge of European/German banking regulations (MaRisk, EBA), GDPR
• You have knowledge of IT controls, governance frameworks – ISO
  27001, COBIT, ITIL
• You have strong communication skills (incl. with high‑level stakeholders)
• You have BCM experience – business continuity and disaster recovery
