Senior Information Security Consultant - €90k – Nordrhein-Westphalen (Hybrid) - 5999

Company: A respected consulting group operating heavily in the financial sector is looking to expand their impressive team of information security auditors. Known for their trusted advisory work, they combine compliance expertise with a hands‑on approach to security and risk.

You’ll play a key role in shaping ISMS strategies, advising clients in highly regulated environments, mentoring junior colleagues and delivering impactful workshops. With flexible working, strong development support, and a people‑first culture, this is a chance to grow your influence while tackling meaningful security challenges.

• You will consult medium‑size companies on information security topics
• You will offer ISMS improvements according to ISO
  27001, BSI and NIS2
• You will provide mentorship and technical guidance for junior colleagues
• You will conduct training courses and workshops
• You will actively develop new and existing business relationships

• You have C1+ German and English language skills
• You have 3+ years of information security consulting experience
• You have knowledge of various IT Security regulations, e.g. ISO
  27001, NIS2, BSI IT‑Grundschutz, NIST, etc.
• You have deep knowledge of ISMS and can tackle complex challenges

• You have solid knowledge of banking regulations/guidelines e.g. DORA, PCI, MaRisk, BAIT, etc.
• You have experience consulting German banks
• You have relevant certifications e.g. CISA, CISSP, etc.
