Overview
Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently, with dignity and respect? Able Living Care Services Ltd is looking for a caring, reliable, and motivated Care Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.
Responsibilities- Delivering compassionate care in line with individual care plans
- Supporting Service Users with daily living, wellbeing, and medication (where required)
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Promoting Service User rights, independence, and self-care
- Working as part of a positive, inclusive team
- Contributing to high care standards and continuous improvement
- A kind, respectful, and professional approach
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Commitment to delivering excellent care
- Full training and ongoing development provided
Working hours:
Various hours/shifts available
Location:
Service User homes and/or our office at 10b London Road North, Poynton, SK12 1QZ
