A regional healthcare provider in Stockport seeks a committed Band 5 Registered Nurse for the Digital Hub team. This role includes participating in triage/navigation and digital remote monitoring processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills while ensuring patient-centered care. Main duties comprise patient assessments, treatment plan implementation, and record maintenance. Candidates should hold a valid NMC registration and preferably have some teaching experience.
