About the RoleAs a Care Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high-quality care standards while supporting, mentoring, and developing our care staff. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining:
- Supervisions
- Spot checks
- Quality monitoring
- Direct care delivery
- You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager and office team to ensure care is safe, compassionate, and person-centred — while continuing to build strong relationships with clients and carers alike.
- Level 2 health and social care
- Minimum 2 years experiance industry
- Previous experience as a team leader or similar role
- £26,000 per annum (salaried role)

- eMAR (Medication Administration Records)

If you’re not tech-savvy — don’t worry. Our training team will support you every step of the way until you’re confident and comfortable.
What We’re Looking For- Previous experience in home care (preferred)
- Experience supporting or supervising staff (preferred)
- A caring, professional, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to complete care visits as part of the role
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Aged 18+
- Right to work in the UK
- Shifts normally include one weekend in two
- Overtime may be available but is voluntary
- Full training and induction provided
- Genuine progression opportunities into senior leadership or management
