Subject Access Request Clerk

Overview

The post is for 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Specific working days, and start and finish times to be negotiated. The role involves administration duties, including processing subject access requests (SARs) for copies of health records from patients, police and other third parties. The post is within the Quality Governance team at the Stepping Hill hospital site.

• Review and process subject access requests (SARs) for access to Health Records in line with statutory guidelines and the Trust's Access to Information policy.
• Provide administration support as part of the Quality Governance team.
• Work with members of the public; demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Utilise computer skills as part of daily duties.
