A confident and resilient Residential Childcare Worker who can provide consistent, child‑centred care within a structured EBD environment. You will be calm under pressure, able to build meaningful relationships, and committed to maintaining high standards in a home with an established track record of excellence.

Details of the organisation will be shared at screening stage. You will be joining a provider operating a high‑performing children’s home with recent Outstanding outcomes and a clear commitment to quality.

• Outstanding home: Last two inspections rated Outstanding
• Earning potential: Regular sleep‑ins plus overtime at time and a half
• Structured rota: Clear 2‑week rolling pattern supporting work‑life planning

• You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
• You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care this is not deemed equivalent.
• Candidates with only Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered.
• You require sponsorship - no sponsorship available.
• Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
