As a Support Worker, you'll empower learning disabled and/or autistic adults
, and complex needs to live independently, confidently, and with dignity.

• Delivering person-centred support in supported living or community settings
• Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care where needed
• Supporting with behaviours that may challenge
• Helping individuals build life skills
  , confidence, and independence
• Keeping accurate records and working as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Promoting a safe, respectful

• A genuine passion for helping others
• Flexibility, patience, and empathy
• Experience in a support or care setting is desirable
• Great communication and teamwork skills
