LSH Auto, a leading name in the automotive sector, is looking for a dedicated Credit Controller to enhance our financial team. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing credit risk and ensuring timely payments from our valued customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire credit control process, from monitoring accounts receivable to ensuring the accuracy of customer billing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the credit control process, regularly reviewing and reconciling customer accounts.
- Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and negotiate payment plans if necessary.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor credit limits and conduct assessments to mitigate financial risk.
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports on outstanding debts for management review.
- Support with month-end and year-end financial processes as needed.

- Previous experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of credit control processes and financial principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with experience using accounting software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
