Management Accountant

The Opportunity

You’ll join a growing Group with significant fixed assets, complex stock, and real operational depth. This is hands-on management accounting working closely with site leadership, operations and the wider Group finance team.

It’s not a role for someone who wants to hide behind spreadsheets.

It is a role for someone who wants PE exposure, pace, visibility and responsibility early.

• Preparing monthly management accounts across multiple legal entities
• Owning fixed asset accounting (additions, disposals, depreciation)
• Managing lease accounting and compliance
• Controlling accruals & prepayments with strong month-end discipline
• Leading stock and WIP accounting in an asset-heavy manufacturing environment
• Full balance sheet ownership and reconciliations
• Supporting year-end audits and statutory reporting
• Working directly with operational teams to understand production, variances and risk
• Improving reporting, controls and processes as the Group continues to scale

• Recently qualified or close to qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or another asset-intensive environment
• Comfortable with fixed assets, stock, WIP, accruals and leases
• Happy being on site, visible and engaged with non-finance stakeholders
• Curious, commercially minded and not afraid to challenge or ask questions
• Someone who wants to progress quickly in a PE-backed business
