In-House Tax Manager - Cheshire

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our successful and rapidly growing business. This is a newly created role within a highly regarded tax team.

A broad role offering exposure to a range of corporate tax matters with exposure to high-profile projects and transactions

Managing and reviewing corporate tax compliance across the group Supporting transactions, restructurings and strategic projects, working closely with senior stakeholders Preparing high-quality tax technical papers and reports Researching and advising on new overseas jurisdictions, supporting international expansion Assisting with tax planning initiatives and risk management

Either a first or 2nd mover from a large accounting from or another in-house team. Plenty of scope to develop this role into a more senior position within the Group.
