We’re looking for a Pre‑School Leader to join a friendly, forward‑thinking early years setting in Heaton
. You’ll lead a passionate team, inspire young minds, and make every day an adventure.
- Creating a child‑centred environment where every child feels valued, seen, and supported
- Planning and delivering a creative, play‑based curriculum that sparks imagination and early learning
- Supporting all children, including those with SEND
, to make meaningful progress - Working with a collaborative, caring team that believes in curiosity‑led learning and big smiles
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
- A confident,
qualified early years practitioner (Level 3 or above, or QTS preferred) - Someone with genuine warmth, energy, and creativity
- A team leader who can motivate others and bring new ideas to life
- Experience in supporting children with additional needs is a bonus
- Most importantly, someone who believes in making learning joyful and inclusive

Protocol Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All candidates must have (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service and complete free online Safeguarding and Prevent Duty training before placement.
