We’re looking for a Pre‑School Leader to join a friendly, forward‑thinking early years setting in Heaton
. You’ll lead a passionate team, inspire young minds, and make every day an adventure.

• Creating a child‑centred environment where every child feels valued, seen, and supported
• Planning and delivering a creative, play‑based curriculum that sparks imagination and early learning
• Supporting all children, including those with SEND
  , to make meaningful progress
• Working with a collaborative, caring team that believes in curiosity‑led learning and big smiles
• Building strong relationships with families and the local community

• A confident,
  qualified early years practitioner (Level 3 or above, or QTS preferred)
• Someone with genuine warmth, energy, and creativity
• A team leader who can motivate others and bring new ideas to life
• Experience in supporting children with additional needs is a bonus
• Most importantly, someone who believes in making learning joyful and inclusive
