We are seeking a passionate, resilient, and dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team and make a real difference to the lives of their pupils.

You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. You ll work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the school s ethos and curriculum
• Support pupils with diverse learning needs, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Use a range of strategies and interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulation
• Collaborate with the wider school team, parents, and external agencies
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil achievement

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
• Experience working with children or young people with SEN
• A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
