Support Workers, Youth Workers, Care Staff & Child-Focused Professionals Wanted

Do you currently work as a support worker, youth worker, care assistant, mentor, or in another child-facing role and want to move into working in primary schools?

This is your opportunity to make that transition with FREE targeted CPD training and structured support.

We are launching a fully funded CPD workshop during February half-term for individuals who are passionate about working with children and want to step into education-based roles such as:

• ✅ Teaching Assistant
• ✅ SEN Teaching Assistant
• ✅ Behaviour Mentor
• ✅ 1:1 Support
• ✅ SEMH Support

We are specifically recruiting candidates who are able to work in South Manchester, Trafford, Salford and Stockport.

• ✔ FREE in-house CPD training delivered by an experienced education consultant
• ✔ Guidance on working in primary school settings
• ✔ Support with understanding school expectations, safeguarding, and behaviour support
• ✔ A clear pathway into paid school-based roles after training
• ✔ Ongoing recruitment support and school placements

No school experience required - just a genuine desire to work in education and support children.
