Hours:

37 hours per week, 8.00am 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am - 3.30pm Fridays, term time only plus 3 inset days

• Provide administrative support and practical assistance to five Heads of Year and the Assistant Headteacher for Behaviour for Learning.
• Be a point of contact for parents/carers, students and staff within the pastoral office.
• Be computer literate, be able to work effectively as a member of the team, prioritising conflicting demands and managing workload effectively.
• Have the ability to use Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• School experience desirable but not essential.
