Position: Teaching Assistant (Secondary)

Location: Stockport

Salary: £90 - £120 per day (Dependent on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time & Flexible Supply

• Support students in the classroom, either one-to-one or in small groups
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
• Help manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Support students with additional learning needs where required
• Follow school policies and contribute to safeguarding and student wellbeing

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)
• A minimum of 6 months' experience working within a UK secondary school (desirable)
• A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to supporting student progress and engagement
