We are looking to appoint a highly organised and dedicated individual to work as a Medical & Administration Officer. We are seeking a dedicated Medical and Administration Officer to join our team and provide essential health support within our secondary school environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about student welfare and enjoys working in a busy, caring setting.
Key Responsibilities- Administer first aid to pupils and staff as required.
- Support students with ongoing medical needs and ensure their Health Care Plans are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of medical incidents and treatments.
- Liaise with parents, staff and external health professionals when necessary.
- Promote a safe and healthy school environment.
- First Aid qualification.
- Experience administering medication.
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational or healthcare setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies.
- A supportive and friendly school community.
