Service Advisor

Salary: £28,165.28 basic + commission + bonus

Hours: Rota basis - either 8:00am-5:30pm or 8:30am-6:00pm

Saturdays: 1 in 3, 8:30am-1:00pm

Average weekly hours: 44

We're looking for someone who's confident speaking with customers, comfortable handling a busy workload, and understands the importance of clear communication between the service desk, workshop, and customers. You'll be the key link between the customer and our technical team, helping to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming customers into the service department and guiding them through the process
• Booking in vehicles, raising job cards, and updating customers throughout
• Communicating clearly with the workshop to ensure accurate timelines and expectations
• Identifying opportunities to upsell service plans and additional products
• Completing paperwork and system updates with accuracy
• Delivering a positive customer experience from start to finish

What we're looking for:

• Experience working as a Service Advisor in a dealership or similar environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, especially during peak hours
• Comfortable using dealer management systems (training can be provided)
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
