The Opportunity

I'm looking for an experienced Building Surveyor (MRICS preferred, not essential) to join my clients South Manchester office and become a key part of a close-knit, commercially minded team.
You’ll work across a genuinely varied workload in the education and retail sectors, delivering both professional instructions and project work - from £30k window replacement programmes through to £1.3m refurbishment and listed building schemes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work but also wants to help shape a business, not just service it.

What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering a full range of professional building surveying services, including:

Schedules of Condition
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Technical Due Diligence (TDD)
Dilapidations (landlord & tenant)
Managing projects from feasibility through to completion
Building long-term client relationships, not just completing instructions
Playing an active role in the growth and future direction of the business

What We’re Looking For
An experienced Building Surveyor, ideally MRICS (but not essential)
