Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Stockport with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Quantity Surveyor will manage day-to-day tasks including cost control, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, monitoring project costs, and producing regular cost reports. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure projects achieve financial and contractual objectives while maintaining quality and efficiency.

• Proficiency in cost control and project cost management
• Experience with preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Expertise in cost planning and cost reporting processes
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Membership in a professional organization such as RICS is a plus
• Proficiency with cost management software and tools
