Senior Quantity Surveyor

OCU Group is driving the UK’s energy transition through innovative infrastructure and utilities contracting.

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost and contract management across complex construction projects.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of cost planning, contract negotiation, and risk management from project inception to completion. You’ll play a key role in ensuring commercial success while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

• Lead cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control across projects
• Manage contracts, variations, claims, and disputes
• Oversee tendering and procurement processes
• Deliver accurate cost reports and financial forecasts
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks
• Mentor junior surveyors and foster team development

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Extensive experience in complex construction projects
• Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost management
