Location: Hazel Grove
A leading contractor in commercial flooring is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee various flooring projects. The ideal candidate will manage projects from tender through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications. Responsibilities include conducting site surveys, overseeing tender submissions, and leading teams. Strong experience in Contract Management and knowledge of different flooring systems such as vinyl and carpets are essential.
