Role: WAKING NIGHT SUPPORT WORKERS
Location: Stockport
Children's Residential - 2 bed EBD
Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off (10pm-10am)

Brook Street Social Care is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established children's residential service, recruiting Waking Night Support Workers for their 2 bedded children's home in Stockport
, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties
.
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing a safe, calm and nurturing environment during night hours. You'll support young people with emotional regulation, ensure safeguarding standards are upheld, complete night-time routines and respond confidently to any incidents.
What We're Looking For- Previous experience working in a children's residential home
- Experience supporting children with EBD
- A full UK driving licence - ESSENTIAL
- Calm, resilient and confident approach
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and boundaries
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
Please note:
applications without residential childcare experience and a driving licence cannot be considered.
- £15 per waking hour
- Potential to earn performance bonus per annum
- Ongoing support with the opportunity to complete Level 4 qualification
- Opportunity to work with a supportive and experienced provider
