**** About the Role
** We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Office & Operations Administrator to be the heartbeat of our office! You’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly, welcoming visitors, supporting our Directors and Consultants, and making sure our day-to-day operations are seamless. This is a varied role where no two days are the same!
** What You’ll Be Doing
*** greeting clients and visitors with a warm welcome
* handling deliveries, stationery, and office supplies
* making drinks for Directors and arranging meeting rooms
* sending client gifts & organising platters or buffets
* answering calls professionally and politely
* managing incoming & outgoing post
* supporting staff events, celebrations, and charity initiatives
* managing petty cash and monitoring stock levels
* organising weekly car cleaning and booking taxis for visitors
* monitoring the “Ask Us” inbox and supporting bulk mailings
** Who We’re Looking For
*** 2+ years’ experience as a receptionist or PA
* excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* super organised, efficient, and detail-focused
* proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask
* IO experience is a bonus
