Hourly Wage

$15 - $28 per hour
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Health and Beauty associate is focused on two things: taking care of the customers and creative merchandising.
They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
