Position SummaryA Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for completing all opening and closing procedures.
Essential Functions- Management:
Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities; communicate information with management and crews. - Customer Service:
Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; handle customer relations in accordance with policy and promote a positive shopping experience; maintain customer/patient confidentiality. - Merchandise/Presentation:
Price merchandise; stock shelves; execute displays, signage and inventory of weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise; manage off-shelf merchandise and reset departments following POGs.
- Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills.
- Advanced communication and supervision skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; ability to work overtime as needed and respond to urgent issues at the store.
- Experience as a retail supervisor.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Pay RangeThe Typical Pay Range for This Role Is $16.50 - $24.00 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
