Ideal Candidate Qualifications- Clean driving record.
- Current Pest Control License.
- 1-3 years of pest control experience.
- 1-3 years of Wildlife experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Physical ability to move constantly, access attics/crawl spaces, and maintain a good work pace.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills for top-notch customer service.
- Demonstrates integrity and professionalism.

- Perform inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and determine the appropriate treatment.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control solutions safely and effectively according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with clients to explain inspection results, treatment plans, and pest prevention tips.
- Create leads while out in the field.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, services performed, and chemicals used.
- Follow safety protocols, including wearing appropriate protective equipment and handling hazardous materials properly.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on pest control equipment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and pest control methods through ongoing training.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any pest related issues.
