As a fleet mechanic, you will perform a full range of vehicle and equipment diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for our extensive fleet.

• Diagnose common and uncommon automotive and small engine malfunctions
• Perform repairs and upkeep on vehicles and equipment, including preventative maintenance
• Execute vehicle inspections with keen attention to detail
• Respond to automotive emergencies swiftly and steadily
• Uphold and comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
• Foster and build lasting relationships with employees through outstanding service
• Document all work performed with in‑depth precision
• Communicate professionally and conscientiously in all team interactions

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repairs and diagnostics
• Skilled at creative problem‑solving and critical analysis
• Thorough understanding of automotive systems with proficiency in diagnosing and resolving most issues autonomously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on active listening
• Eagerness to learn and apply new automotive techniques and technologies
• Self‑starter mentality with great time management skills
• Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting, courteously interacting with a variety of personalities
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
• Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extended periods; and working in various environments including tight spaces
• At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
• Valid driver’s license with minimum three years of driving experience and satisfactory driving record
• Capability to pass background check and drug screening
