Overview
Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices. Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment. Demonstrates knowledge of cross‑sectional anatomy and pathology. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Communicates effectively with staff and radiologists.

Qualifications Education- Graduate of an AMA approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or JRCERT accredited hospital‑based training program Required
- 2 years of experience Required
- ARDMS registered in at least 2 specialties Upon Hire Required and
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
- RVS - Registered Vascular Sonographer RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist) Preferred or
- RVT - Registered Vascular Technologist RVT (Registered Vascular Specialist) Preferred
