• Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and plans of care
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Instruct patients on home exercise programs and post-discharge care
• Document treatments, progress, and discharge planning accurately and timely
• Maintain confidential and compliant patient records
Record treatment charges and complete documentation daily
• Assist in maintaining clean, organized treatment areas and equipment
• Provide support to Physical Therapy Aides as needed
• Respond appropriately to urgent or emergent situations per protocol
Offer occasional administrative support including answering phones and scheduling patients
• Enjoy working directly with patients to restore mobility and reduce pain
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-based clinical environment
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and colleagues
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and efficient throughout the day
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude

• Associate degree in healthcare or related field
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Georgia PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current CPR certification for Healthcare Providers
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding procedures
• Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices
