Creative Multi Care is looking to hire a full-time Dispatcher Service Representative in INSERT. No experience necessary!

The Dispatcher iscrucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispatch processes.

Job Description
  • Dispatch a core group of technicians and manage a daily service schedule in an efficient and timely manner
  • Communicate with and update customers based on the daily service schedule
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism
  • Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues as they arise, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Provide information about our services
  • Build sustainable relationships with both customers and technicians
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products, services, and technician skillsets to utilize when making decisions based on specific customer request/needs
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Job Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor with great interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
  • Must pass pre-employment background check
