• Receive, sort, and process inventory for delivery

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

• Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment

• Ensure product quality and accurate order fulfillment

• Follow health and safety guidelines and Amazons warehouse procedures

• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments

• Meet daily productivity and quality goals in a fast-paced environment

• Handle items of varying sizes, weights, and conditions (some roles may require heavy lifting)

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Ability to understand and adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures

• Basic reading and math skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Willingness to work in a physically demanding and high-speed environment

• No previous warehouse experience required – full training will be provided

• Experience in logistics, retail, customer service, or manufacturing is a plus

• Comfortable working with technology and warehouse machinery (e.g., scanners, pallet jacks)

• Flexible schedules available: full-time, part-time, day, night, weekend, and overnight shifts

• Seasonal roles typically range from 20 to 40+ hours per week

• Overtime may be available during peak periods (e.g., holidays)

• Shift times and availability vary by location

• Ability to stand/walk for up to 10–12 hours a day

• Capable of lifting up to 49 lbs and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, and reaching

• Strong attention to detail and time management
