Island Insulation is seeking aLead Insulatorfor residential and commercial installations. The ideal candidate has insulation or construction experience and is reliable, safety-minded, and willing to lead a crew.
Duties include:
- Residential and commercial insulation installations, including retrofit upgrades, renovations and new construction
- Maintaining safe and organized job sites
- Preparing work plans and completing/submitting required reports an as per company SOPs
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical work / capable of manual labour
- Willingness to attend training / learn new skills
- Construction and/or insulation experience required
- Able to speak/read/write English
- Valid driver’s licence
- Dependable, flexible and bondable
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
Conditions of work:
- 25-40 hours a week (to be determined
- $25-$30 / hour based on experience
