A local insulation company in Mount Pearl is seeking a Lead Insulator for residential and commercial installations. The ideal candidate should have insulation or construction experience and be reliable, safety-minded, and willing to lead a crew. Duties include residential insulation installations, maintaining organized job sites, and preparing work plans. The position requires manual labour capability, a valid driver's license, and fluency in English.
Compensation is $25-$30 per hour based on experience.
