- Execute a disciplined, territory-based approach to advisor coverage and sales activity
- Deliver high-quality advisor education through meetings, presentations, and events
- Collaborate with the National Accounts team to align field execution with dealer strategies
- Represent the employer at industry events, acting as an ambassador for the investment philosophy
- 10+ years of experience in asset management or financial services sales, specifically with MFDA advisors
- Strong understanding of the MFDA landscape, including dealer structures and compliance
- Proven ability to drive advisor adoption and asset growth within dealer platforms
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- CSC required; additional designations like CIM, CFA, or CAIA are assets
- Experience selling alternative or differentiated investment strategies
- Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
