About the RoleWe are hiring a sales-oriented Customer and Partner Growth Manager to drive logo acquisition, partner-led deal creation, and expansion within existing enterprise accounts.
You are experienced with solution selling and presenting technical use cases. You will not manage projects after a deal closes. Instead, your focus is on building commercial relationships, navigating large organizations, and identifying where and how Liquid Analytics can grow market share.
What You’ll Do Partner‑Led Growth (AWS & Ecosystem)- Own and grow strategic relationships with AWS and other partners.
- Identify and activate co‑selling opportunities.
- Navigate partner organizations to find the right stakeholders and programs.
- Build repeatable partner processes that generate qualified enterprise opportunities.
- Build senior relationships within target enterprise accounts.
- Navigate complex, matrixed organizations to uncover buying centers.
- Identify new use cases, departments, and expansion paths within existing customers.
- Drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with the CEO.
- Represent Liquid Analytics in executive‑level conversations.
- Confidently position our GenAI platform and lead demos.
- Assist with developing sales presentations and materials.
- Bring market feedback and opportunity insights back to leadership.
- 3–6 years experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or growth roles related to technical solutions.
- Proven ability to open doors, build pipelines, and expand accounts.
- Comfortable working with executives and navigating complex enterprises.
- Technical credibility: able to discuss cloud, AI, and enterprise platforms.
- Strong ownership mindset: self‑directed, motivated, and outcomes‑focused.
- Experience working with AWS or cloud partner ecosystems is a major plus.
- Relationship builder who enjoys turning conversations into opportunities.
- Comfortable using CRMs and partner tools to manage opportunities.
