Tasks, Activities, Deliverables and/or Milestones
The Contractor will work on multiple forms that can be in various phases of development at any given time. The Contractor will work on several concurrent tasks. The tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
3.1.1 Review draft forms in MS Word and provide recommendations by identifying formatting approaches that will not be accessible and providing alternative approaches, including recommending options that will support the needs of internal/external users. In consultation with the program, adjust draft forms to ensure they will meet accessibility standards (e.g., layout and formatting edits), have a consistent look‑and‑feel in their final PDF state, and complete quality assurance checks, as required, during PDF development.
3.1.2 Create form functions in PDF software, which may include the following:
- radio buttons
- free text fields
- date selection
- digital signatures
- 1.3 Develop digital forms that are cross‑compatible between PDF software applications, for end users (i.e., viewing and filling out forms) and for future maintenance (e.g., editing form fields, updating dropdown field lists).
- 1.4 Develop digital forms in compliance with Web Accessibility Requirements.
- 1.5 Provide an outline of accessibility requirements incorporated into forms and any gaps/items not in compliance with standards.
- 1.6 Provide PSOHP with all final source files for each form (i.e., both PDF and Word formats to enable future maintenance).
3.1.7 Provide PSOHP with handover knowledge to facilitate maintenance of final forms (e.g., editing dropdown lists, adding/removing/editing questions on forms).
