Required:
8-12 years - Job Location: Canada
- Job Type: Remote
- Provide technical leadership in all phases of software development projects, including analysis, design, construction, implementation, testing, and post-implementation activities.
- Lead technical design discussions with other technical leaders across multiple applications.
- Collaborate and drive technical design across upstream and downstream applications including SAP, Success Factors, Master Data Management, Salesforce and Global Sales Reporting to ensure alignment across the end-to-end solution.
- Determine the Data Migration technical solution with hands on technical leadership and implementation of multiple iterations of the data migration.
- Guide and collaborate with integration developers in understanding field level details and transformation logic while engaging upstream and downstream application technical experts.
- Participate in an agile product team to prioritize and implement new application features, while maintaining the quality of existing features and functionality.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues and address challenges in solution implementation.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including proposals, designs, test specifications, and other deliverables as necessary.
- Understand customer business implications and incorporate this understanding into technical and process improvement recommendations.
- Support or co-lead fit gap sessions with divisional SMEs to root out new requirements/use cases, encourage standardization, etc.
- Lead bi-weekly cross-platform design sessions with detailed pre-work, agenda, use cases, and stakeholder involvement to achieve early design alignment.
- Document designs in JIRA stories and Confluence.
- Work with the tech lead and developers to ensure understanding of pseudo logic for development and verify code correctness, while assisting in unit testing.
- Co-lead with Product Owner in sessions with Divisional SMEs to guide concepts of transforming current state into models that meet go-to-market strategies.
- Determine data migration requirements and mapping in collaboration with the data migration lead and product manager.
- Define technology solutions for data migration and design/implement the solution; assist with data mapping and migration loads and troubleshoot load errors.
- Support in troubleshooting issues that arise in testing.
- Coordinate environment planning including data refreshes across up- and downstream applications and manage cutover activities with integration teams.
- Create and maintain a very detailed cutover plan with dependencies across upstream and downstream systems.
- Experience with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA
- Strong analytical skills including querying, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Experience with agile project management, development methodologies and tools
- Well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, action-oriented environment
- Manage own work and priorities under aggressive timelines
- Self-starter with strong, proactive work ethic and fast learner
- Able to work on a team, in person, and in a collaborative virtual setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution Module
- Experience with Informatica Master Data Management technologies
