Phase 1:
Use Image Gen AI to transform basic 3D renders into stunning, photo-ready images; create a back-end pipeline to generate seamless P  materials with AI.

Phase 2:
Use our pre-existing unique software architecture to feed AI the data it needs (provided by our software team in the format required) to generate smart AI-assisted landscapes, AI geometry, and AI tools.

• Design, build, and maintain a Python back-end service for AI-powered images (no front-end work required).
• Integrate with multiple generative AI APIs (diffusion, transformers, LoRA fine-tunes).
• Fine-Tune Models.
• Own prompt engineering workflows to maximize output quality.
• Prepare and manage training datasets for future fine-tuning.
• Experiment with LoRA/Dream Booth fine-tuning to adapt models to our domain.
• Define and build the first version of our AI rendering pipeline.
• Ensure the service can scale to handle thousands of daily requests reliably.
• Collaborate closely with our veteran software team.

• 5+ years professional Python experience (production systems), focused on AI libraries.
• Proven hands-on experience with generative AI (e.g., diffusion, transformers, inpainting).
• Experience with AI providers like Flux, Stability AI, Hugging Face, Replicate.
• Strong applied experience with prompt engineering.
• Strong experience fine-tuning image models.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

• Background in 3D software (Blender, Unreal, CAD, Sketchup, cryptomattes).
• Background in fine-tuning or deploying AI in creative industries.
• Knowledge of cloud GPU deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
