PAL Airlines is currently seeking a Station Supervisor to join our team in St. John's, NL
.
Duties and Responsibilities
:
Provide supervision and direction to the Customer Service Representatives at the St. John's, NL stationPlan and adjust work schedules and assign duties to meet customer demands and operational requirementsEstablish and maintain high standards of customer service and efficient functionality of stationIdentify key issues, creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obstaclesEnsure sufficient staffing levels for efficient and effective operationsEnsure that all staff members receive proper training on job duties, corporate policies, and applicable regulationsProvide coaching and mentoring and conduct probationary and performance evaluationsMonitor departmental performance including OTP and customer service levels to ensure company standards are being met/exceededComplete analysis on collected customer related data and identify trendsOther related duties as assignedQualifications
:
Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative or equivalent time in a supervisory rolePossess a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer service excellenceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of productsEmbrace personal accountability and responsibilityMust possess strong organizational and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and managing tight deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situationsWhat we offer:
