Island Insulation is hiring aLabourer/Helperto assist with residential and commercial insulation work. This position is suitable for someone who is interested in gaining experience with blown in and spray foam insulation and energy efficiency. Experience with building/construction is an asset but not a requirement and training will be provided.
Duties include:
- Assisting with attic insulation installs
- Site preparation and cleanup
- Handling materials and equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical work
- Willing to learn
- Construction experience an asset but not required
- Able to speak/read/write English
- Valid driver's licence
- Dependable, flexible and bondable
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
Conditions of work:
- 25-40 hours a week (to be determined)
- $20-$25 / hour, depending on experience
