• 7–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or a related function
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (Reports & Dashboards), Looker, Google Sheets, and Snowflake
• Proven ability to build and own sales forecasting, capacity, demand, and activity models
• Strong command of SQL and ETL/rETL best practices
• Exceptional communication and data visualization skills

• Experience modeling and manipulating large, complex datasets with high accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross‑functionally with various departments
• High ownership mindset with strong judgment in ambiguous environments
