Position OverviewBELFOR is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support our branch operations. You’ll perform reception duties, manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, handle payroll, maintain filing systems, and interact with clients—keeping our office running smoothly.
What You’ll Do- Perform reception and front-desk duties, greeting clients and handling communications.
- Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and purchase orders accurately.
- Post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable; support payroll.
- Maintain organized filing systems and data records.
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and support reporting requirements.
- Order supplies, schedule meetings, and perform general administrative tasks.
- Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and safety standards while supporting departmental objectives.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, professional, and committed to confidentiality
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle according to BELFOR’s Auto Policy
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ year experience in construction or insurance industries Working Conditions
- Normal business hours, with occasional evenings, on-call, or outside standard hours as needed
- Manual dexterity for keyboarding, repetitive tasks, and prolonged computer use
- Periodic travel may be required
