You will create complex, realistic tasks that push frontier AI agents to their limits. Think scattered data, conditional procedures, and genuine domain expertise required. You’ll build a detailed version with objective scoring, then write an ambiguous version intended to train the agent to succeed with less hand‑holding. Real expert complexity only. You’re improving the AI tools you’ll eventually use yourself.

This is a flexible, project‑based opportunity well‑suited for part‑time, non‑permanent contributors who enjoy ambiguity, complex problem‑solving, and remote collaboration.

• Design and develop complex, realistic tasks to evaluate and push AI agents.
• Translate domain expertise into precise, objective‑scored test cases.
• Iteratively create ambiguous versions that challenge agents to perform with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with the quality team during onboarding and while refining model responses.
• Maintain clear, professional documentation of all tasks and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Accounting, or closely aligned areas.
• Minimum 3 years of professional industry experience in accounting (audit, financial reporting, internal controls, tax, management accounting).
• Experience in cross‑functional, applied, or international projects is an advantage.
• Chartered accountancy qualification (CPA, ACCA, or ICAEW) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with US GAAP standards.
• Strong written and verbal English (C1/C2 level) and the ability to explain complex tasks simply and clearly.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources into accurate, coherent outputs.
• Creative design of realistic, engaging examples, cases, or workflows.
• Reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and sufficient availability for project tasks.
• Motivation to work with challenging, complex but well‑defined guidelines and to strengthen domain‑specific skills.
